Les Climats Pinot Noir Reserve

Notes - This is a premium blend of wine from the Burgundy appellation, villages and some Premier Crus.Produced exclusively from the Côte d’Or region (including the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune). The name Les Climats come from the word ‘Climat’ which means a particular vineyard site, expressing its specific terroir.Like most of the Bourgogne appellation wines from Louis Jadot, Les Climats is partly vinified and aged in oak barrels and partly vinified in stainless steel tanks. This wine shows typical Burgundian Pinot Noir characters, it is ripe, tender, subtle and elegant. It displays a perfect balance between acidity and tannins.Ideal with red meat, game and most soft cheeses. It can be drunk now or if kept in ideal cellaring conditions with continue to evolve for 5 years or more.
