The name Les Climats come from the word ‘Climat’ which means a particular vineyard site, expressing its specific terroir.Like most of the Bourgogne appellation wines from Louis Jadot, Les Climats is partly vinified and aged in oak barrels and partly vinified in stainless steel tanks.
