Notes - The Ragnaud-Sabourin family are growers and also own 50 hectares of vineyards in the Grande Champagne region. The Grande Champagne region is considered to be the best Cognac-producing area of the region. The estate was established in 1850 and the company is currently managed by third and forth generations of the founding family and the continuity of style has been guaranteed by employing the same family as cellarmasters during this period. In this case Alliance No.4 signifies a blend of cognacs at least 4 years old. This Cognac is straw yellow in colour and, on the nose, has floral touches (vine flower, dry hay). It has a powerful palate with a little dryness. Grape variety - Ugni Blanc. There are woody touches from the new oak barrels which intemingle with the initial Cognac bouquet.
