Bouvet Rubis Rouge Excellence

Notes - The Bouvet Rubis is a demi-sec sparkling red wine made from Cabernet, Gamay and Grolleau grapes from vineyards in Anjou and Touraine. The Rubis has a bright and shimmering cherry red with very fine and delicate bubbles. The nose is dominated by red fruits but on the palate there is an explosion of dark fruit flavours: blackberries, blackcurrant, raspberries and currants. Rounded with a delicate structure. Complex aromas and freshness with a hint of oak combine to make this a truly intriguing and special wine.
