Beaune Teurons 1er Cru

Notes - Chanson, now owned by Champagne Bollinger, has undergone a recent return to form. This Pinot Noir, from 1er Cru vineyards located in the heart of the Beaune region, is aged for 14 months in oak cask. It is bright ruby with purple tinges. There are intense aromas of red berries (raspberry and redcurrant) mixed with chocolate and a toasted bread note enhanced by a touch of vanilla. It is well-balanced, generous and silky with smooth tannins and delicate oak note. Long aftertaste. Enjoy with red or white meat, "Boeuf Bourguignon" or with cheese form the region.
