A contemporary wine, produced by the latest generation of the Torres family and the result of painstaking work with the Syrah and Monastrell varieties. For more than 20 years, The Torres family has avoided using chemical pesticides and herbicides in its vineyards. Nerola, however, is the first wine scrupulously made with ecological agricultural methods, fruit of a love of nature and the determination to preserve the environment. This wine offers good balance between fruity notes and a toasted background (mocha coffee) acquired during ageing in French oak casks. The nuances of spices and leather contribute to its fascinating aromatic complexity.
