Notes - Winemaker’s Tasting Note - "Medium intensity of purple and red with a ruby edge. Exciting peppery spices leap out of the glass followed by luscious, sweet berry fruit. Careful use of oak imparts lingering vanillan and toasty notes. Soft, approachable tannins are balanced by sweet fruit and toasty oak flavours. Plum and cherry flavours and the long, soft dusty tannins combine to make a warm, rich yet balanced elegant wine." Serving Suggestions - Serve with rich red meats, game, casseroles and stews. Also good with mature hard cheeses.
