Wine information: Absinthe Distillerie Guy is a spirit made from wormwood extracts is distilled in accordance with the best tradition of Armand Guy and Co following the same recipe as the one which made Pontarlier famous until 1914. Components have not been changed either - they are mainly green aniseed, from Spain, and wormwood (the absinthe plant) grown in the Pontarlier area.
