Notes - The legendary Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, which is the largest privately owned Estate in that country, with a 400 year history. The winery is located in the sunny Pfalz area of southwest Germany, where it is so warm that figs and lemons ripen. Burklin-Wolf has been planting classic French and Italian varietals since the early nineties. The ideal wine for lamb and tomato-based pasta dishes.
