Notes - Smooth and bursting with vanilla, flambéed banana, coconut and dried fruit flavours. This is one of the best mixing rums available. Made according to traditional techniques, these rums have escaped industrial standardization. They are produced in small distilleries and then aged in Bourbon barrels in the hot island sun.
