Notes - Carabas Rouge is a blend of Mediterranean and Bordeaux grape varieties, giving the wine a unique style. It is 20% Grenache, 50% Syrah, 15% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot. Carabas Rouge is matured for six to eight
months at the BPDR Saint-Laurent-Médoc winery. Their winemakers carry out daily controls to ensure the wine is bottled when the fruit is at its peak, preserving all its freshness. The wine has a very deep violet colour, shading to black, and a rich, intense nose
that displays powerful black, red and preserved fruit aromas with touches of gentle and peppery spice. Expansive and richly flavoured, the palate reveals all the refinement and fruit of this full-bodied and harmonious wine, with flavours that extend into a lingering finish.
