Champagne Forget-Brimont Grand Reserve Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Wine information: The Forget family has made Champagne in Ludes since the beginning of the 20th century. Since the mid 70s Michel Forget has developed his own company with vineyards (14ha) in Mailly, Verzenay (Grands Crus 100 %), Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses (Premiers Crus 94 %). This 100% Chardonnay (making it a Blanc de Blancs) has a nose of freshly picked white flowers (acacia, marguerites, honeysuckle), freshness of citrus fruits (grapefruit). Lively and balanced. Honeyed flavour and aromas of hot brioche on the palate. A perfect aperitif.
