Domaines Ott Les Domaniers de Puits Mouret Rosé

Wine information: Les Domaniers Rosé from Domaine Ott is a 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault and 15% Syrah blend. Les Domaniers wines are made using traditional vinification methods and are always estate-bottled. Les Domaniers Rosé has brilliant pale pink tones. There is intense fruit on the nose, with aromas of white peaches and exotic fruits. It hase a lively attack, with a nicely balanced mouthfeel as the fruit aromas follow through on to the palate. The finish is soft and clean, with a touch od residual sugar. Les Domaniers Rosé will be a delicious companion to delicatessen meats, poultry, white meats, fish, provençal and oriental dishes.
