The carefully selected ingredients combined with specially chosen Irish whiskey results in the warm, sun soaked taste. "There is something really special about a whiskey liquer. Eblana is a perfect example of a whiskey liqueur. The caramel is enhanced on the nose with hints of vanilla and hazelnuts and then the malty strength of the whiskey comes through. Smooth with toffee and honey on the tongue and then the whiskey comes through with impact. In the mouth the warmth of the whiskey flavour develops along with coffee and hazelnuts.
