Notes - Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures over a period of four weeks. The low fermentation temperature and specially selected aromatic yeast strain has enabled the retention of delicate aromatics and elegant fruit qualities in the finished wine. A vibrant pale strawberry colour. This wine exhibits succulent berry fruit aromas, especially strawberries which combine well with the raspberry and delicate white peach notes on the palate. The wine has a medium body with crisp acidity. A long clean finish on the palate also has slight tannin and spice elements for added complexity. An ideal match with New Zealand salmon and fresh summer fare.
