Notes - The village of Chassagne-Montrachet is the last and most southerly of the three great white winemaking appellations in the Côte de Beaune. The wines are fat and opulent, dominated by tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Twelve months of ageing in oak barrels adds to the wine’s rich texture. A light golden coloured wine with masses of ripe apricots and exotic fruits. The wine’s freshness, light acidity and aroma of almonds ensure that this wine is perfectly balanced.
