Torres Mas Borras Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Notes - The coolest parts of the Penedès are most suitable for growing the noble and elegant red variety Pinot Noir. One location that stands out is at historic single vineyard of Mas Borrás. Intense floral aroma (violets) over a background of cocoa and small red berries (redcurrants and pomegranate) The wine is extremely smooth on the palate with sweet tannins that enhance the floral varietal notes as well as those of truffles and spices. Excellent served with roasts, boiled ham or creamy cheeses.
