Wine information: Wombat Hill takes its name from one of Australia’s most endearing native animals. The Wombat is strong and sturdy and built close to the ground. Its propensity to move objects that get in its way has led to it being nicknamed the Bulldozer of the Bush.

Tasting Notes: Wombat Hill Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot Classic Reserve made by winemaker James Ceccato, displays aromas of ripe berries and plums with a full flavoured palate, with richness and a soft finish.

Food & Wine match: This wine matches well with most pasta and meat dishes. Drinking now but will cellar for 3 years.
