The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. After destemming and pressing the must is subject to a controlled, cool fermentation then 30% of the wine is allowed a malo-lactic fermentation on the lees. The complete quantity is then aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels.Yellow greenish in colour. Aromas of toasted bread and warm apple pie. Delicious natural flavour of grapes, combined with delicacy of oak. Round, with good underlying acidity. A richly flavoured but elegant wine which will complement fine fish dishes, asparagus, poultry and soft cheeses. In Argentina it might be served with fruit.
