Notes - 20% of Maurel Vedeau's Saveurs Veritables Pinot Noir is aged in new oak barrels. There are red berry fruit aromas on the nose, including wild strawberry. The palate is well-structured and there is a well balanced acidity. A medium-bodied wine that would go really well with game birds, cote de bouef or cheese.
