Tasting Notes - The Redoma Rosé is made from free-run juice trodden in traditional stone lagares, complexity is obtained from a long skin contact, the juice is then fermented in new French oak casks. Grapes from old vineyards at Quinta de Napóles and others closer to Pinhão are used for Redoma Rosé. It has an intense and elegant nose with notes of fruits and spices and well integrated wood. Concentrated, but at the same time fresh and with a balanced acidity.
