Champagne Forget-Brimont 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs

Notes - The Forget family has made Champagne in Ludes since the beginning of the 20th century. Since the mid 70s Michel Forget has developed his own company with vineyards (14ha) in Mailly, Verzenay (Grands Crus 100 %), Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses (Premiers Crus 94 %). 100% Chardonnay. Powerful flavours of yellow peaches and meringue. Fresh, but complex, finish. Ideal with sea-food and freshwater fish.
