Champagne Forget-Brimont 1er Cru Extra Brut

Notes - The Forget family has made Champagne in Ludes since the beginning of the 20th century. Since the mid 70s Michel Forget has developed his own company with vineyards (14ha) in Mailly, Verzenay (Grands Crus 100 %), Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses (Premiers Crus 94 %). A really excellent Apéritif Champagne. Subtle and controlled dosage enables one to get right to the real taste of the wines which have been so carefully nurtured, in Forget-Brimont's cellars, over the past 3 to 4 years. Appealing, with notes of brioche, citronella and white flowers, beautiful freshness, long finish with aromas of acacia flowers, pears and almond paste. Blend (approx.) 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
