Notes - Winemaker’s Tasting Note - "Medium intense purple red with and pink edges. Top note is lifted confectionary sweetness with fresh cherry, ripening strawberry with cassis backing. The palate is smooth with rich, clean young berries and good balance throughout. Soft, accessible tannins lightly dust the sweet, ripe blackberry dominated mid-palate. Some dense oak shows comfortably towards back palate." Serving Suggestions - Serve with rich red meats, game, casseroles and stews. Also good with pork dishes.
