Notes - Medium dark crimson. Fine, ripe and restrained cabernet sauvignon nose with earthy notes and cedary spice, very subdued blackcurrants and just a touch of violets. Medium bodied, the palate exhibits classic cool-climate cabernet restraint with dry but classy fine-grained grape tannins and a long blackcurrant/dark cherries fruit after taste. Try with rare-seared steak, roast beef, filet mignon, baked aubergines with parmesan.
