Tasting Notes - This used to be labelled as Durif, which is another name for Petite Sirah, but has been re-labelled as Petite Sirah for the UK market. Intense red in colour. Aromas of spicy blackberries with black cherry fruit, and toasted cedar oak on the nose.
Rich, abundance of blackberry, cherry and spice. Toasted cedar oak with subtle vanillin overtones and firm integrated tannins allows this wine to be full bodied with a good mouthfeel and a lingering palate. A good accompaniment to rich spicy meat
dishes, venison and Osso Bucco.
