Champagne Forget-Brimont Grand Cru Brut Rosé

Notes - The Forget family has made Champagne in Ludes since the beginning of the 20th century. Since the mid 70s Michel Forget has developed his own company with vineyards (14ha) in Mailly, Verzenay (Grands Crus 100 %), Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses (Premiers Crus 94 %). The Grand Cru Rosé is a blend of 76% Pinot Noir and 24% Chardonnay. There are sweet, red fruits and floral aromas on the nose followed by ripe red fruit (cassis) on the palate. The finish is fresh, clean and elegant.
