Notes - A medium bodied blend comprising 68% Shiraz and 32% Cabernet Sauvignon shows mint and berryflavours with spicy overtones. Maturation in both American and French oak adds complexity. This wine exhibits mint and berry flavours with spicy overtones. Oak maturation has given the wine a french toastiness and added complexity which will assist in the wine’s development over 4 to 6 years.
