Tasting Notes - Colour: Intense golden yellow with hints of strong green. Aroma: Concentrated ripe fruit aromas, especially apricot and peaches combine with tropical fruit hints of mango and pineapple. Fermentation in new oak barrels gives the wine its richly toasted vanilla and caramel aroma. Dried fruits, especially hazelnuts provide the wine with a delicious complexity. Taste: Full-bodied, rounded and rich. This wine stands out for its smooth and complex structure, resulting in a long and lingering finish. It is a perfect accompaniment to fish, terrines and patés. Ideal with goat’s cheese. It may be drunk now or matured for 4 or 5 years.
