Crème de Myrtille

Notes - Originally from Eurasia and North America, bilberries – also called blueberries or whortleberries – grow in mountain areas at altitudes of 1000m. They are the size of a pea and are blue / black in colour. Crème de Myrtille can be used in a multitude of ways - it can be mixed with white wines, crémants and champagnes, included in cocktails, or poured over ice creams and desserts, its finesse and authenticity are quite outstandingl.
