Notes - This Manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda is made from 100% Palamino grapes and is aged for over 60 months. It is a very pale, golden straw colour. It is very clean on the palate with a smooth and elegant aftertaste with a slight salty tang. Manzanilla is a wine which goes well with ham, cheese and fish, but where it matched extremely well with shellfish, especially the Sanlúcar prawn, with which it combines perfectly.
