Notes - Chile's dry and disease-free climate is a paradise for winemaking. Out of great respect for nature, the De Martino family has created wines under the most organic and honest circumstances. The grapes used are organically grown in their own "Isla de Maipo" estate. For vinification, they have used only the grapes' "own yeasts" during fermentation and a minimum of sulphur. A wine the way nature intended. These organic wines are fully certified by BCS Öko-Garantie GMBH (Germany). Deep ruby red in colour, on the nose one is reminded of ripe dark fruits, like blueberries and blackberries, while the wood is well-integrated with the fruit. On the palate is soft with velvety tannins. Once again, one notices the fruit well-integrated with the wood; the ripe, while dark fruits combine well with the spices. Long and intense finish.
