Notes - Pascal and Joelle acquired Domaine Pascal Bouchard from experienced viticulturalist Andre Tremblay (Joelle's father) in 1979. At the beginning of the 1980s Pascal planted many new vines in the best possible locations. The estate now comprises 33 hectares covering the four appellations of Chablis, The third phase of their development was completed in 1995 with the construction of a brand new, modern winery. Romain Bouchard began working with his parents in 2000, having completed his studies in commerce and gained valuable working experience with another wine distributor. Romain now covers all aspects at Pascal Bouchard. The Pascal Bouchard Chablis AC Chablis is produced in 100 % stainless steel tanks. A generous wine with excellent mineral characteristics. Made from a careful blending, this is truly the wine style of Pascal Bouchard. The wine is full and rich in style, a ripe wine with juicy green fruits. There are hints of pear, green apple and citrus notes on the palate.
