Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

Notes - The Domaine Chateau Fortia, is one of the oldest of Chateauneuf du Pape. The white wine of the domain are made from the varieties roussane, clairette, white grenache and bourboulenc. The wine is a pale yellow color with touches of green, dry but not harsly so. On the palate it has have a mineral taste mellowed by a slight aroma of vine blossom. An ideal partner to shellfish or grilled fish. Serve between 8°- 9° C.
