De Martino Carmenere Single Vineyard

Notes - The De Martino winemakers visited over 350 vineyard sites and selected the most exciting ones to offer this unique selection of limited production wines made from grapes sourced from Chile’s best terroirs. Each wine displays the unique character and personality of its specific terroir. Only between 800 and 1600 cases were produced of each Single Vineyard Wine. This wine was aged in French oak barriques (225 lt.) for 12 months. It is deep red, almost black with hints of violet and has an intense aroma with notes of ripe red fruit, spices, cherry and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied with great volume.  It has lots of fruit complemented with soft and velvety tannins resulting in a wine of great structure, thus producing a smooth, elegant and long finish. Ideal with lamb and other rich meats, pasta, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
