Zuidam Liqueurs are still made in the traditional artisanal way. All ingredients are selected and processed into the most beautiful products in our family owned and run distillery. All recipes are designed by father Fred and son Patrick van Zuidam. Zuidam Kaneel (Cinnamon) Liqueur is made to an old Zuidam family recipe. The Ceylon Cinnamon is macerated in alcohol for 6 or 7 months to extract the fullest flavours from it, the subsequent extract then has just the best quality alcohol and sugar is added - this results in the unique fine flavour and beautiful colour. Drink neat, over ice or in cocktails.
