Notes - The vineyards for the Redoma White are all above 400 meters, up to 800 meters, thus having a cooler (particularly at night) and longer ripening period. All of the vineyards are over 60 years old, 3 off them being particularly old (over 100 years old). The main varietal is Rabigato, with a high portion of Codega and some other varieties including Donzelinho, Viosinho and Arinto. The final result it's an impressive wine, fresh and mineral but showing also concentration and complexity. Intense citric aroma, apricots with notes of minerality and good complexity. Citric and mineral fresh flavour.
