Plan B IV Skins Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Petit Verdot / Nebbiolo

Notes - The motto of the small collective that is Plan B is: “everyone needs a plan B”. On the face of it, this is fair enough, but this Plan B is rather more than some kind of least bad option. It is in fact a joint venture between three men from Arlewood (Terry Chellapah, Garry Gosatti, and Martin Miles) and close associate, vineyard owner and former winemaker at Rosabrook, Bill Crappsley. A sense of fun and a love of wine are essential elements of this venture but the real beauty of it is that it enables them to make excellent wine at competitive prices from single estate fruit that just didn’t fit into the mix either at Arlewood or with Bill’s wines. The Plan B IV Skins is a cross-cultural blend of Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Petit Verdot / Nebbiolo and very interesting it is too!
