Wine information:
Pascal and Joelle acquired Domaine Pascal Bouchard from experienced viticulturalist Andre Tremblay (Joelle's father) in 1979. At the beginning of the 1980s Pascal planted many new vines in the best possible locations. The estate now comprises 33 hectares covering the four appellations of Chablis, The third phase of their development was completed in 1995 with the construction of a brand new, modern winery. Romain Bouchard began working with his parents in 2000, having completed his studies in commerce and gained valuable working experience with another wine distributor. Romain now covers all aspects at Pascal Bouchard. Situated on the left bank of the Serein river, Beauroy overlooks the lake of Beines. The Beauroy is light yellow with flecks of green. The palate is fresh, fruity with good mineral qualities. The finish is long and persistent. This wine will easily cellar for 5 or 6 years. Try with duck or filet of sole.
