Muscat Beaumes de Venise

The Beaumes-de-Venise of Coyeux has been praised by Robert Parker as "superb," and Gault Millau calls Coyeux " the best." The Muscat of Coyeux is exceptionally fresh and delicate--rich but not cloying. Abundant floral and fruit aromas carry through to the palate with concentrated flavors of honey, peaches and apricots. Served chilled, the Muscat of Domaine de Coyeux is an ideal apéritif or dessert wine, and its exotic flavors enhance foie gras, Roquefort and other blue-veined cheeses, fresh fruits and many desserts. Will keep fresh for several days after opening, if refrigerated.
