Canadian whisky is usually a multigrain whisky distilled in Canada which must be aged at least 3 years in oak barrel. It is normally labelled rye whisky is made from blends of corn (maize), barley and rye. The largest brand is probably Canadian Club but there are also alot of smaller producers such as Corby Distilleries in Toronto who produce brands such as Lot 40 and Pike Creek.
