There is no minimum delivery.
There is a case discount of 5% on orders of 1 case (12 bottles or 9L equivalent) or more on wine but not spirits - cases can be mixed.
We take orders and payment over the phone on 01329 822733 or by fax on 01329 282355 - we can accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch/Maestro. Please feel free to use our PDF order form to print out, fill in and fax back you orders.

This service is available to most areas of mainland UK - Please phone 01329 822733 for a quote to the Highlands and Islands (including Northern Ireland). Deliveries are now available to Northern and Southern Ireland with Fastway Couriers - the delivery charge is £20 for up to 1 case (12 bottles) and £20 for each subsequent case.
Europe (EC Countries) - please email or phone 01329 822733 for a quote. The customer will remain liable for any local import taxes or customs duties incurred.
Europe (non EC Countries) - please email or phone 01329 822733 for a quote. The customer will remain liable for any local import taxes or customs duties incurred.
Rest of the World - I am afraid we do not ship outside of the EC.

*** You may give alternative instructions for parcels to be left with neighbours or we can leave the parcel at your own risk in a porch, garage, back door etc. without a signature. You must specify this and only consider it if you feel it is safe to do so. ***

Deliveries by Business Post and Fastway Couriers are sent on a 24 hour basis. Delivery times will be between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday. (Timed delivery and Saturday Services available at extra cost - please phone).
Their delivery policy is to attempt delivery twice, if on the first occasion they are unable to deliver they will leave a card with the consignment number and branch telephone number. They will then attempt a delivery on the following day, if this fails you will have to collect the parcel from the depot.
If you do not call the depot after 3 days the parcel will be returned to us, the cost of which will be passed on to the customer. To re-send a parcel there will be a further delivery charge will be made.
