Bittered Sling is a brand of cocktail bitters produced in Canada. They are known for their high-quality, artisanal bitters that add depth and complexity to cocktails. Bittered Sling is a collaboration between bartender and sommelier Lauren Mote and chef Jonathan Chovancek who have a combined 30 years experience in the food and drinks industries. Lauren started producing bitters in 2008 and has now created 43 different flavours of bitters. She was joined by her partner chef Jonathan Chovancek in 2010.
