Cotes Du Rhone Premières Cotes La Ferme du Mont is made at La Ferme du Mont in Courthézon in the Southern Rhone. Owner and Winemaker Stephane Vedeau and his team use their passion to produce some of the finest wines in the Rhone. La Ferme du Mont is an independent family business and the estate comprises 50 hectares of cultivated vines encompassing several AOCs, from Cotes du Rhone through to Chateauneuf-du-Papes. He also has family winemaking connections in the Northern Rhone, as well as Provence, Languedoc and even Spain. Their vines are grown in a completely natural environment in harmony with the local Provencal vegetation. The vines are tended all year long with the sole aim of producing top quality fruit and no chemicals or pesticides are used (other than in the case of disease, if required). La Ferme du Mont Cotes Du Rhone Premières Cotes is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Robert Parker is a big fan of Stephane’s wines.
