H Upmann was founded in 1844 by a German banker who loved cigars so much he moved to Havana and started his own cigar house. Upmann make a lighter to medium bodied, elegant cigar which are ideal cigars for a wedding or for inexperienced smokers. The H Upmann Coronas Junior, formally known as the H Upmann Petit Upmann has the distinction of being the Cuban cigar than President J F Kennedy stocked up on before he signed the US / Cuban trade embargo. In 2018 H Upmann Coronas Junior was rebranded as the H Upmann Coronas J.

The H Upmann Coronas J is part of their “Clasica” range of cigars and is made from a blend of tobacco (filler and binder) from the Vuelta Abajo zone. This is classified as a Petit Corona and the Vitola is KDT Cadetes.

A lightish, easy, and smooth smoke that is ideal as a daytime or aperitif smoke.
