Quintero Nacionales Cigars are medium flavoured Cuban cigars made from handmade short filler from the Vuelta Abajo and Semi-Vuelta regions of Cuba.
Quintero Cigars have a history stretching back as far as 1924 when when Agustin Quintero and his four brothers opened a small cigar factory in the town of Cienfuegos, The company was then known as Quintero y Hermanos. The company used to be known for producing machine made cigars at a good price however, when Habanos SA took control of the company in 2002, they discontinued all machine made cigars as they felt that it undervalued the Cuban Cigar “brand”.
Quintero Nacionales Cigars are totalmente a mano (totally hand made) with a short-filler (Tripa Corta) blend of tobacco leaves from the Vuelta Abajo and Semi-Vuelta zones of the Pinar del Río region of Cuba. This is a smooth, medium bodied cigar perfect for anyone who wants to experience the tastes and aromas of Cuban tobacco at a very friendly price.
Presented in indivudual cedar-lined aluminium tubes.
