Here is Summer Mixed Case of wines, 12 bottles of wine that we think are great for summer drinking. This includes our favourite Prosecco and the new vintage of Katie Jones’ Apres La Pluie Rose and some interesting white wines. There are also 6 bottles of red wine, in a range of styles, including some Rioja and Bordeaux. Don’t be afraid to put your red wines in the fridge for half an hour in the hot weather, red wines should be served cool(ish) at between 13 to 18 Celsius. Of course, really, serving temperature is just personal taste, but trust me on this one!
