Tia Maria is a dark, medium-bodied coffee liqueur originall made in Jamaica using Jamaican coffee beans. This world-famous coffee liqueur is made from a blend of cane spirit, coffee, vanilla and sugar. Legend has it that the origins of Tia Maria, which means Aunt Maria in Spanish, date back to the 1700s. Other sources say that it was created in Jamaica in the 1930s!
