Tosolini Limoncello is an all natural Limoncello made by Bepi Tosolini. Unlike many of the more commercial Limoncello available it contains no artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.
The history of Bepi Tosolini begins after World War II, when Bepi Tosolini dedicated himself to perfecting the art of Grappa production. Located at the foot of the eastern Friulian hills, Tosolini’s modern facility maintains its original installations and ensures the authenticity of its product. The art inspired by Bepi Tosolini lives on in his successors, now third-generation distillers. His son Giovanni, along with his grandchildren Giuseppe, Bruno and Lisa, now carry on the Tosolini legacy.
Limoncello is traditionally made from Femminello St. Teresa lemons, which are also known as Sorrento lemons or Sfusato Lemons. Tosolini Limoncello is made using the peel only of yellow summer lemons and green winter lemons harvested from the Amalfi coast, which is considered to be the best area for lemons. The peels are steeped in neutral grape spirit which releases the lemon oils into solution. This lemon alcohol infusion is then mixed with a simple sugar syrup to produce the Limoncello liqueur.

Tosolini Limoncello has fresh, clean lemon intensity on the nose. The palate is packed with zingy lemon sherbet flavours and finishes with a cleansing acidity with good lemon character.
