Wonderfully fresh nose. There are aromas of pink grapefruit, spicy hints of white pepper, savoury woody aromatics, a touch of mint, juniper and honeydew melon. There is an initial burst of sweetness on the palate, more spicy, peppery character and good clean citrus fruit. It is round on the palate with an refreshing hint of bitterness and a clean, fresh and lingering finish.
